I worked with Jackie from Senior Care with Family Values to find an assisted living facility for my mom. The circumstances surrounding this situation were very high stress and time sensitive. Jackie navigated finding the perfect home for my mom with grace, patience, and expertise. She took the time to get to know my mom and what was important to her, narrowed down the homes that might be a good fit, and then accompanied me to each home. Having her with me on the site visits ensured that the right questions were asked, and that I took note of the different features each home offered (and didn't offer). My mom has been in the assisted living facility for two months now, and her medical conditions have improved - I believe this is, at least in part, because we found the right place for her to live. One week ago I was desperate to find help for my aging parents. My father has been in post-hospital care at another facility but were given two days notice that he was being discharged. Raisa worked tirelessly to find a perfect fit for my mom to go into adult foster care. She answered text messages and phone calls in a very timely manner, even at times when she should be spending time with her family. This was a very stressful time for my mother and I. She gracefully helped us through every step needed to seamlessly find my mom the perfect home!! It has been one week today that my mom has been in her new place. She is so very well cared for now!!! These gals are incredible! My daughters and I were at a complete loss as to how to best help my wife find the best care. Jackie and Raisa took care of everything! They arranged the tours for my daughters, ordered the needed medical equipment, and did it all in a very short amount of time! I wish more people ran their business the way these two do! It is extremely overwhelming and stressful to find proper housing and care for a senior in your life. It is emotional, scary, and unpredictable, and you don't know where or who to turn to, or who to trust. After weeks of research and frustration, I was close to giving up. We were referred to Raisa by a friend. She answered my call and set up a meeting. Within minutes of meeting Raisa, I was drawn to her warm and outgoing personality, and found myself relaxing.
